Patient Registration

To register as a new patient, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Register" link in the navigation menu
  2. Fill in all required fields including:
    • Full Name
    • Date of Birth
    • Contact Information (Phone & Email)
    • Address
    • Emergency Contact Details
  3. Review your information for accuracy
  4. Click the "Submit" button to complete registration
  5. You will receive a patient ID for future appointments

Booking Appointments

To book an appointment with a doctor:

  1. Navigate to the "Book Appointment" page
  2. Select your preferred department
  3. Choose a doctor from the available specialists
  4. Select a date and time slot
  5. Provide your patient ID or contact information
  6. Add any special notes or reasons for visit
  7. Submit your appointment request

Staff Login

Hospital staff members can access the system using their credentials:

  1. Click on "Staff Login" in the navigation menu
  2. Enter your staff username or employee ID
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click "Login" to access the staff portal

Q: How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

A: Please call our appointments desk at +1 (555) 123-4567 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.

Q: What should I bring to my first appointment?

A: Please bring a valid ID, insurance card (if applicable), list of current medications, and any relevant medical records from previous healthcare providers.

Q: Are walk-in appointments available?

A: Walk-in appointments are available for urgent care during business hours. However, we recommend booking appointments in advance to minimize wait times.

Q: How can I access my medical records?

A: Registered patients can request their medical records by contacting the medical records department. Staff members can access patient records through the staff portal.

Q: What are the hospital visiting hours?

A: General visiting hours are Monday-Friday: 8AM - 8PM, and Saturday-Sunday: 9AM - 5PM. ICU and special care units may have different visiting hours.

A: We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our billing department to verify if your specific insurance is accepted.
